We give you advice on how to establish a concentration or diversification strategy to access the global market; in other words, if the company is going to address its exporting or importing activity at one single market or commercial area (concentration) or if, on the contrary, it is going to address several markets at the same time (diversification).

Once you have selected the target areas, we will advise you on the most adequate access strategy, so that, always bearing in mind the company’s own experience and knowledge of the sector, we can search for the necessary information in the target markets so as to compare which is the best formula to advance therein.

Likewise, we will see if the company has to access via external means or perhaps via its own means.

To give an example, we will establish if access is made via an intermediation channel such as a dealer or commercial agent, or if what the company needs is to establish itself on the market via the creation of a new commercial or production infrastructure, among other many possible formulas.

We give advice on each one of the aspects involved in commercial operations during your relationship with companies abroad, whether these are import or expert operations. We also give you advice on any of the areas that comprise the negotiation, such as payment means, operation insurance, international contracting, administrative documentation, legislation, logistics and transport.

We will always bear in mind the market we are addressing, its commercial habits and customs as well as the social and political situation.

Support and advice in the creation of the Foreign Trade Department, directly training company personnel and applying a system of meetings at their facilities, combined with on-line enquiries on one-off aspects that might arise during the period when the Department is being formed.
